Best celebrant... EVER!
Really?!? No! Subjective? Yes! Define ‘best’…
For the record, I choose not to enter or accept wedding awards, and I do so intentionally. Not because I don’t value excellence – but because I value authenticity, connection, and integrity more than competition or public recognition.
Many wedding awards are driven by voting campaigns, marketing budgets, visibility and, dare I say, performance. You two should be ‘the star of the show’, not me. My focus has always been – and will always be – on creating bespoke ceremonies that truly reflect the couple in front of me, not on collecting trophies or chasing plaudits.
Meaningful recognition
So, if you’re looking for an 'award-winning' celebrant, I may not be your person. And that’s okay. There are lots of brilliant celebrants to choose from, even the 'award-winning' ones, ha! You just need to find the one that's right for you.
For me, the most meaningful recognition comes from personal reviews and recommendations from couples I have actually conducted a ceremony for. Those mean the absolute world to me. So, check out my Facebook reviews and see if what other couples have said, resonates with you.
